BoColorant
Hiya!
So for anyone who does not know me I am kind of a hippie. I love anything to do with the 70s like the music or clothes of that era. So I did a collection inspired by, of course the 70s outfits during that time and mixed it with paint. This meaning that my designs were paint related as well as 70s outfits. All the fabrics were hand painted by me and designed by me. I had a lot of fun making this collection so hope you guys do too!!
Peace out!

Illustration Newbie
Hey everyone!!
Sorry its been a while..senior year just sucks up all of your time haha :p I have never been very good at illustrating or illustrating the fashion figure that is 11 heads instead of the normal 8 or 9 heads if you understand that? If not then it is just more stretched out then drawing a normal person haha. Here is actually just my first couple of figures I have drawn that is more my style and I think look way better!! My criss cross look is from my collection from last year called NeKa.
Enjoy!!

NeKa
Hi Bloggers!!
Sorry its been a while!! I was in NYC this summer as a fashion design intern so as all new yorkers are, I was really busy but I am back now! I have decided to kick off the school year with a big post! Here is my mini collection for my final project last semester. I was inspired by the Kayan people and the neck rings they wear to elongate their necks. I wanted my collection to be inspired by the neck rings but not in a literal way. That is why the neck is not as you would expect but all the sleeves on my garments are elongated.
Enjoy!

Tel Avivian
Hi All!
So for my final project for my Problem Solving class we had to make a covering that was inspired about something about us. If you know me or keep up with my blog then I lived in Tel Aviv and all the great street art and architecture really inspired me. So i decided to do just that! I made my base covering my "wall" I glued boxes together and ripped cardboard and hair canvas. Then i dripped and splattered paint down my covering. My "wall" is cracked, peeling and bulging in some areas because walls are never perfect and neither were the ones in Tel Aviv. We also were suppose to make a mood board and 3 illustrated looks. Enjoy!

Weird
Hiya!
So for my Film to Fiction class we had the "weird project". This means our teacher just wanted us to make something weird..whatever we wanted!! So I made a collage of weird! I wanted to go more on the creepy weird side if you can tell by the pictures. Like babies in jars, peoples heads cut off, gas masks, spider weds, blood splatter painted, all kinds of cool stuff.

A whale of a time
Hey everybody!!
So this semester I am taking a class called problem solving. I basically make coverings/wearable art out of different materials!! My first project was to be inspired by an animal! I choose the sperm whale for its blubbery, bubbly cracked skin!! I manipulated paper with recycling bottle caps to create the top half. The bottom is shower caps sponge painted to look like the whale under the ocean. The hood is to represent his huge head, made out of painted bubble wrap. The arms are tights that have spoons to look like the teeth when my model puts her arms together. It definitely makes more sense once I explain it..haha.

Red Dress Competition
Ello People!
A great thing about being a junior at my school is that I get to participate in the American Red Heart Association Red dress show. Everyone in my grade is to make a red dress to show support for a healthy heart. I was inspired by my trip to Japan and made my dress with an asian fusion to it. It took lots of blood sweat and tears but it is finally completed and I would say it looks pretty good if i do say so myself. Wish me luck!!
