Soooo I FINALLY finished this shirt!! I have been working on it for soo long and here it is!! I took an old shirt that didn't fit me anymore and redid it a little. I turned it into a halter shirt!! I cut off the sleeves and put elastic in the back and a piece of an old shirt in the back for the tie. Phew..im done!!
